As you know, the Roanoke branch is accepting new accounts without evaluating the effects of the new accounts on the current project workload. As a result, our employees are being required to work overtime without notice or compensation. This has resulted in staffing issues, also employee morale and productivity to decline day by day. It is important that I communicate effectively and efficiently with the salaried employees and the hourly waged staff to guarantee the success of the agency. I need to verify that the managers are using their resources to accommodate the employees during this period of work overload. I need you to proIt has been brought to my attention that the Roanoke branch office has been experiencing difficulties in recent months. The problem began after two of the top management people left the agency-an art director and an account manager. In addition, three of the graphic designers and four copywriters are threatening to quit because their work is being rejected and/or altered without their input. Additionally, the agency is receiving bad reviews on social media and employees are forced to work overtime without compensation, due to the increased workload. Our mission here at Phoenix Advertising is to bring quality and promised assurance to all of our clients. That being said, we need to follow through with our mission statement and resolve this issue quickly.
The Roanoke branch of Phoenix Advertising handles some of our most valuable clients and it is our duty, as an executive team, to gather particular pieces of information to help resolve the conflicts and miscommunications among the employees. Therefore, I will need your help in contacting staff in order to deal with the dissatisfaction that exists among them, and to find a solution for the increase in project workload. Here is my proposed plan of communication with the branch:

Saniya Kapoor – Develop a method that will provide some kind of solution to the staff working overtime
Please put together a report to explain your findings and your new procedures by February 2 , 2018. I will meet with Dorothy Gibbons, the HR director of the Roanoke branch to further discuss the issues. We will then hold an executive meeting to discuss the status of the branch and what changes are to be considered.
