In Relay board

In Relay board, we are using 2 transistors NPN (945) for purpose of amplification and switching and relay SPDT (12v) and (3A) for switching. To operate our relay we required 150 mA but the signal which is coming from PLC to relay board is 50 mA so we need more 100m to operate relay so we placed NPN transistor(945) which based is connected to our signal of 50 mA from PLC and emitter is ground and collector is connected to driver board pins, when base is high, the emitter will be connected to collector and collector & relay –ve is shorted and relay ( +ve) is direct, in this way relay will be operate but problem raises that we want to operate the load with the help of thermal light prototype which consume large load in starting and generate back distribution of load in generator and distributes the working of driver board when in generator so to overcome this situation we used 50% load for isolation internally transistor and led in it when led grow wireless switching happens, the current to operate relay on 15 mA trough driver board we operated this transistor and trough this we operated relay finally. The main operation of a relay comes in places where only a low-power signal can be used to control a circuit. It is also used in places where only one signal can be used to control a lot of circuits.
