My dream of becoming a doctor started by seeing the suffering of people. when I see people not receiving proper medical care my heart overwhelm in my native town. I want to become a doctor and serve people in need. I was even more inspired to become a doctor when my mother says”a doctor is a person who saves the life of people.” I would surely want to that one day. I feel saving a life gives us more satisfaction and happiness than anything in the world.
“I love the satisfaction of helping people and I think a medical career will give me the skills to help those who are really in need.”
I love the subject medicine because the structure of the human body is very complex but very interesting. However, when I see people suffering due to diseases, even after such a beautiful mechanism in our body.it is only in hands to doctor to develop the body back to normal without any complexities.
My interest in a career in medicine has been strengthened by taking up an internship. I arranged a job shadowing, observing doctors and speaking with them about their roles in patient care. I encountered a broad spectrum of medical problems, from small health issues to minor surgery. I was able to observe doctors and witness their where skills they showcased such as empathy, patience and compassion. thus they were able to create a healthy doctor-patient relationship. I have learned to listen and understand ‘patients’. I also realized how medication impact one’s life.
