First its true there is another 2 years of studying but The government encourages parents to think of the K to 12 curriculum guide not as having two extra years of high school, but as two years less of higher education. Second is that The Department of Education has meticulously prepared an implementation plan for the Senior High School
program which it presented to Congress last March 11. Among the plan is a Senior High School Voucher Program under which the government will pay for senior high students who cannot be accommodated in public schools and must enroll in private school.
