What are stakeholders

What are stakeholders? Stakeholders are people who have a share or an interest in a certain business, in this case it will be McLaren. Usually most stakeholders would want the business to succeed, as for instance staff are a form of stakeholders and they would want the business to do well so there is more of a chance of their wage increasing and them getting a better pay.
Who are some stakeholders? Some stakeholders of McLaren’s are, the staff, the manager, the investors, the competition, the customers, the suppliers, the community and the government. There are two different type of stakeholders one being internal who are groups within the business, there are also external stakeholders who are groups outside of the business.
In this paragraph I will be talking about how McLaren are influenced by each one of their stakeholders. Firstly, I will talk about the staff, the staff are internal stakeholders as they are inside of the business a reason McLaren are influenced by them is that they do the work for them there is almost a level of trust which the owner has given to the staff for them to carry out to certain tasks. Furthermore, even if there I just one little mess ups from one of the members of staff then this could cause huge controversy such as if McLaren were going out for a race and one person didn’t fit the engine in properly then this could cause the race to not be allowed meaning that they can’t race meaning it will have a bad name for the business.
